In 2011 the Danske Bank Group launched Danish Costumer Forum, which builds on our Costumer Panel from 2010.
The Costumer Forum, which can be used by customers and others that are interested create some entirely new and interactive opportunities with the aim of stimulating greater dialogue and interaction between costumers and the bank. The forum can be used for asking questions, suggesting topics for discussions and for participating in surveys. In 2012, The Danske Bank Group will launch new initiatives to promote the use of Danske Customer Forum.
