View future entries
Select to include future entries. When future entries are shown, these entries are reflected in the balance detailed in the 'Booked balance in GBP' column.

You can also view these transactions by selecting the 'future' tab in Business Mobile or Business Tablet App.

Incoming card transactions, outgoing card transactions and Post Office cash lodgements will impact your available balance as soon as they appear on this screen. In the case of credit transactions, you will be able to withdraw these funds immediately.

The date provided in the 'Booked and interest date' column for Post Office cash lodgements and card transactions is the date on which the transaction started to impact your available balance. This date is also visible underneath the payment in Business Mobile App, and beside the payment in Business Tablet App.

When you authorise a non-sterling transaction on your card we reserve the amount of the transaction against the available balance on your account. This means that your available balance is immediately reduced by the amount of the transaction. When the currency conversion takes place the amount debited to your account may differ from that which was reserved, in accordance with the terms and conditions for your account.  Any related fees are debited to your account on the same date as the non-sterling transaction is debited.

Future entries can be shown as individual entries or as daily totals:
- individual entries show the future entries as single transactions
- a daily total shows the future entries as a total transaction per day

Note:
By default, entries are shown for the following month.
Choose to view entries up to one year in advance by selecting a date up to one year in the future.
