Folder status
Folder status consists of two groups:
1. Local files
Local files are files, such as payment files created in a separate system, which are located on the local hard disk or on a network drive.
Check the Ready for submission box, click Search and enter your security password, to create a list containing these files.
The program will search in the folder (path) that you have previously selected in Files to the Bank under File locations.

You can submit the files in one of the following ways:
a. Select Send folder in the function menu next to the folder in question.
b. Select the checkbox next to the folder(s) in question and click Send folders.
You will then be asked to enter your security password.
Check the Being submitted box and click Search, to create a list containing files currently being submitted to the Bank.

2. Folders at the Bank
These folders are recorded at the bank and can have the status Open, Closed or Deleted.You can only view folders that have been created/sent through your Business System.
Check the boxes for the required status and click Search to create a list displaying these folders.

Note:
The status of a folder must not be confused with the status of individual payments within the folder.
