In a survey by Swedish Finansbarometern, Danske Bank in Sweden wins the business bank of the year award. The result is based on answers from the top 1,000 companies in Sweden.
Danske Bank, which also won the prize in 2006, 2007 and 2008, scores 4.8, which is the highest ever achieved in the survey. The score means Danske Bank shares the win with Handelsbanken.
The respondents in the survey evaluated the banks on the Swedish market in various categories like price, service and quality of counseling.
“This is feedback from our customers. And that is why this result is so good for us. This is not a result of a marketing campaign, but a recognition of the level of service, we offer our customers”, says Lars Mørch, Member of the Executive Board and Head of Business Banking.
