Management changes at Corporates & Institutions

With effect from 1 July, organisational adjustments will take place within Danske Bank Corporates & Institutions.

Glenn Söderholm, member of the Senior Management of Danske Bank Corporates & Institutions and Head of Sales, Research and Risk Advisory has been appointed Head of Relationship Management with effect from 1 July 2013. In the new position, Senior Executive Vice President, Glenn Söderholm will head both Relationship Management and Risk Advisory.

Glenn Söderholm has been with the Danske Bank Group for more than 16 years. Apart from his position as joint Head of Danske Bank Markets, Söderholm has been Head of Trading & Financial Markets from 2007 to 2012. Prior to this, he has been Head of Danske Bank Markets in Sweden as well as Head of Sales in Danske Bank Markets, Sweden.

At the same time, Senior Executive Vice President, Søren Kyhl, member of the Senior Management of Danske Bank Corporates & Institutions and Head of Business Development and Support has been appointed Head of Product Sales, Research and Quant Models with effect from 1 July 2013. In addition to his banking background where he has been a leading figure in Danske Bank Markets research efforts, Søren Kyhl is a graduate from University of Copenhagen and holds a PhD. in Economics.

Accordingly, Senior Vice President and Head of Business Management in Danske Bank Corporates & Institutions, Stig Tørnes has been appointed acting head of Business Development and Support. The search process to fill the position permanently will begin as soon as possible.

Senior Executive Vice President Anne Louise Eberhard has been appointed Head of Transactional Credit in Group Risk Management. Eberhard will report to Robert Endersby, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Group Risk Management.
