Danske Bank has again taken the top position in Bysted’s annual ranking of the largest Danish companies’ online corporate communications.
Once again this year, Danske Bank’s competitors could not topple the Bank from the top position in Bysted's annual ranking of Danish companies' online corporate communications. And this was the case despite the fact that Bysted actually made significant changes in their criteria for the study.
This is from Bysted’s explanation:
"... although the bank has redesigned its website and migrated content, it still has a very high level of communications with its stakeholders. In fact, the redesign and restructuring of the site help users greatly in finding their way around in the great wealth of information on the site while getting a good experience. "
Of specific areas we do particularly well in, Bysted highlights the Bank’s communications on CR (Corporate Responsibility) and activities in selected social media.
More about the study
Bysted, which is one of Denmark’s largest communications companies, compiles an annual ranking of the largest Danish listed companies' digital corporate communications.
The study focuses on corporate investor-oriented communications and companies’ ability to service the capital markets as well as possible, in terms of what information the company makes available and how. In addition, the study focuses on functionality, interaction and dialogue options.
