On 23rd May the first Danske Bank Vendor Awards 2018 took place where the winners in three categories were announced.
The winner of the Best Initiative to Improve Customer Experience is
Affinion International AS for delivering on a number of projects that improved the customer experience across many customer facing services.
The winner of the Best Innovative Solution is
Actimo which can be seen as an inspirational example of how to drive high impact with minimal resources.
The winner of the Best Overall Performance is
Loomis Norge AS for its cash handling solutions in the Norwegian market leading to satisfied Danske Bank customers.
What are the Vendor Awards?
Danske Bank Vendor Awards is a brand new initiative where we recognize the value we get from collaborating with our suppliers. By this initiative, we aim to reward those vendors who excel in their daily work by consistently performing well in delivery of their products and services and going extra steps for improvements and innovations.
Awards were held for Calendar Year 2017
It is worth mentioning that only vendors who have had association with Danske Bank for any products or services during the calendar year 2017 were eligible for nominations.
