Funding programmes

EMTN programme

Danske Bank established its Euro Medium Term Note EMTN programme in 1995. It has since ensured quick and efficient access to the European capital markets. It is the Group's largest and most widely used programme. The current limit on the programme is EUR 35 billion.

Global Covered Bond programme

Danske Bank established a programme to issue covered bonds at the end of 2007. The programme serves to diversify our funding sources. The bonds are backed by loans secured on property, and we use the programme to issue all our covered bonds except bonds issued by Realkredit Danmark, Danske Hypotek and Danske Mortgage Bank. The current limit on the programme is EUR 30 billion.

Warrants and Certificates programme

Danske Bank has established a Warrants and Certificates Programme. The programme is used mainly for issuing structured warrants and structured certificates to various customers. At present, the total limit for the programme is EUR5bn. Investing in warrants and certificates involves a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing the entire invested amount.
