Putting the customer first
I have been with the bank since my first summer job back in 1988, working with business customers all along. I was happy being a specialist for a long time, but around 10 years ago the desire to test my leadership skills grew and I grabbed the opportunity when it came. I’m very proud of the way I have been able to put together a strong team and reorganize the way we work in order to always put the customer first. Whenever we face a challenge, I see it as my main contribution to encourage everyone else in the team to think about it from the customer’s perspective. From graduate to leader in less than two years
I've always known that taking charge of a group and leading the way comes natural to me. As a student I thought I'd use my passion for leadership to go into consulting. But joining Danske Graduate in 2012 gave me the opportunity to test my leadership skills, taking my position as team lead right after completing the graduate programme.
