After the expiry of the notification period, Danske Bank reduced its share capital by DKr394,100,970 as adopted by the annual general meeting on March 23, 2004.
After the reduction, Danske Bank’s share capital amounts to DKr6,722,657,520.
Pursuant to sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby announced that the Danske Bank Group, including the Danica companies, owns 26,050,635 shares of a nominal value of DKr10 in Danske Bank, corresponding the 3.88% of the total share capital.
The latest notification under section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act was given on March 24, 2004, when the Danske Bank Group announced that it held 7.72% of the Bank’s share capital.
