Danske Bank’s mortgage division

Stock Exchange Announcement No 21/2006

As part of the closure of its mortgage division, in accordance with the Danish Act No. 173 dated March 14, 2006, Danske Bank will cancel the listing of bonds issued by the division on December 7, 2006.

Danske Bank will subsequently purchase the bonds remaining in the following series issued by the mortgage division at a calculated market price:

DK0003200566 – 4% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 6S 2011
DK0003200640 – 4% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 7S 2016
DK0003200723 – 4.5% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 6S 2011
DK0003200806 – 4.5% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 7S 2016
DK0003200996 – 5% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 6S 2015
DK0003201028 – 5% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 7S 2017
DK0003201101 – 6% Danske Bank Hypotek-obl. 7S 2023

The bonds will be purchased on December 11, 2006.

The nominal amount of bonds issued by the mortgage division totals nearly DKr2.7m, of which bonds worth around DKr2m already form part of Danske Bank’s investment portfolio.
