Danske Bank issues two series of equity-linked notes based on the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® index

On February 14, 2008, Danske Bank announced its decision to issue two series of equity-linked notes based on the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® index (ISIN codes DK0030088943 and DK0030089164). The notes are designated Danske Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® Single – 2010 and Danske Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® Multi – 2010.

Danske Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® Single – 2010 will be issued in the nominal amount of DKK 159,750,000 corresponding to the subscribed amount.

Danske Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® Multi – 2010 will be issued in the nominal amount of DKK 160,250,000 corresponding to the subscribed amount.

The notes will be issued on March 10, 2008, and will mature on April 12, 2010. The notes will be registered with the Danish VP Securities Services, and an application will be filed for listing of the notes on OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S as of March 10, 2008.

The notes are zero-coupon notes and bear no interest.
