Fixing of Index Initial for Danske Dow Jones EURO STOXX® 50 Multi – 2010.

On March 10, 2008, Danske Bank issued equity-linked notes based on the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50® index (ISIN DK0030089164). The notes are designated Dow Jones EURO STOXX® 50 Multi – 2010.

As paying agent, Danske Bank has determined the following closing prices of the index on March 10, April 10 and May 12, 2008:

March 10, 2008 3546.10
April 10, 2008 3758.05
May 12, 2008 3812.69

On the basis of the closing prices, the Index Initial is fixed at 3546.10, corresponding to the lowest closing price.
