Danske Bank A/S’s issuance of covered bonds
Danske Bank A/S will issue the following two covered bond series with an issue date of 5 September 2011:
- Covered Bonds (Series 072-C), principal amount: DKK 2,000,000,000, maturing on 5 September 2014 with optional extension until 5 September 2015. Coupon: 1.957% p.a. (during the optional extension period: 1M CIBOR + 1% p.a.). ISIN DK0030283999. Designation: 1,957% DB SDO 2014.
- Covered Bonds (Series 073-D), principal amount: DKK 1,000,000,000, maturing on 5 September 2016 with optional extension until 5 September 2017. Coupon: 3M CIBOR + 0.35% p.a. (during the optional extension period: 1M CIBOR + 1% p.a.). ISIN DK00302844021. Designation: DB SDO 2016.
The covered bonds have been approved for official listing and trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from 5 September 2011 and will be issued under Danske Bank A/S’s EUR 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
