Covered Bonds (Series 079-D), principal amount: DKK 1,000,000,000, maturing on 1 April 2017 with optional extension until 1 April 2018. Coupon: 6M CIBOR + 0.35% p.a. (during the optional extension period: 1M CIBOR + 1% p.a.). ISIN DK0030288014. Designation: DB SDO 2017.

The covered bonds have been approved for official listing and trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from 6 December 2011 and will be issued under Danske Bank A/S’s EUR 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
