This is an amendment to the financial calendar 2013 issued by Danske Bank A/S on 9 August 2011. The date of the annual general meeting has been changed to 18 March 2013. The remaining dates are unchanged.

Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on Danske Bank’s website, www.danskebank.com.

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on 18 March 2013 must submit the proposal(s) in time for it to be received by the chairman and/or the Board of Directors Secretariat not later than Thursday, 14 February 2013, at 4pm.
