Correction: Financial calendar 2016 for Danske Bank A/S

Company Announcement No. 32/2015

Correction: Compared with Company announcement No. 28/2015, the date in the last paragraph has been changed from Monday 21 March 2016 to Tuesday 22 March 2016.

Annual Report 2015	2 February 2016
Annual general meeting	17 March 2016
Interim report – First quarter 2016	29 April 2016
Interim report – First half 2016	21 July 2016
Interim report – First nine months 2016	28 October 2016

The financial results are expected to be released at 7:30am on the dates indicated.
Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on www.danskebank.com.

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on
17 March 2016 must submit the proposals in time for them to be received by the chairman of the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors Secretariat no later than Tuesday, 9 February 2016, at 4.00pm.

If the general meeting approves the Board of Directors’ proposal for the payment of dividends, the dividends are expected to be available in the shareholders’ cash accounts on Tuesday, 22 March 2016.
