Amendment: Annual Report 2018 – pages 8 and 231-235 updated

This correction was published on Nasdaq on 4 February 2019 and on Danske Bank’s website on 15 March 2019. The updated report has been available on our site since 4 February 2019.

Enclosed please find an updated version of Danske Bank’s Annual Report 2018 published on Friday, 1 February 2019. Unfortunately, there were some minor editoral errors in the report.

A layout error in the “Income statement” on page 8 for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 caused lines of figures not to be aligned. In the “Ratios and key figures” table on the same page, we have now deleted a line (Return on avg. tangible equity (%)) that should not have been included in the first place; it caused a number of figures in the table to be displaced.

In addition, we have made minor editorial changes in the “Independent Auditor’s report” on pages 231-235. By mistake, the changes were not implemented in the report. The changes do not affect the conclusions.

We are sorry for any inconvenience that the errors may have caused. The changes have been implemented in the enclosed report.
