Henriette Fenger Ellekrog, member of the Executive Board and head of Group HR, has resigned and will take up a new position as Executive Vice President of HR and member of the Executive Committee of Ørsted A/S. She will leave her position at Danske Bank no later than at the end of October. Henriette Fenger Ellekrog has been employed with Danske Bank since 2014 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2018.

”In the almost five years that Henriette has been with Danske Bank, we have undergone significant organisational changes. In this process, Henriette has contributed to a considerable strengthening of our HR efforts across the organisation. Danske Bank is now starting the process of finding a new head of Group HR.
