On 18 March 2019, the Annual General Meeting of Danske Bank A/S resolved to reduce the bank’s share capital by nominally DKK 337,690,000 from nominally DKK 8,959,536,210 kr. to nominally DKK 8,621,846,210 by cancelling 33,769,000 treasury shares of nominally DKK 10 each. The Board of Directors has today resolved to complete the capital reduction, and the capital reduction has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.

In continuation of the above and with reference to section 32 of the Danish Consolidated Act no. 12 of 8 January 2018 on capital markets, notification is hereby given that Danske Bank A/S’ total share cap-ital as of today amounts to nominally DKK 8,621,846,210 corresponding to 862,184,621 shares of nominally DKK 10 each and 862,184,621 voting rights.
