
The independent research institute Kantar Prospera published a customer satisfaction survey on January 31, which names Danske Bank as the overall winner of the Nordic Grand Total 2024 award. This means that the bank achieves the highest customer satisfaction across the four Nordic countries among the largest companies and institutional clients.

The Nordic Grand Total award spans the four Nordic countries in both customer relationship and product offering categories, building upon in-depth customer interviews. It comes with a total of 2,607 points, based on rankings across 74 surveys, where Danske Bank secured a top position in 22 reports, confirming a high appreciation for the bank's holistic coverage model and product competencies.
