Danske Bank once again ranked number 1 by major Nordic corporations and institutional clients

For the second consecutive year, Danske Bank has secured the top spot in the Kantar Prospera customer satisfaction survey among major Nordic corporations and institutional clients.

According to clients, these are some of the reasons why Danske Bank can, for the second year running, call itself the winner of the Prosperas Nordic Grand Total 2025 award.

The survey is conducted annually by the independent research institute Kantar Prospera, and the overall Nordic award is calculated based on a range of surveys in individual countries and across different categories. The survey assesses clients’ relationships with the bank as well as their satisfaction with a variety of products.

Briefly about Prospera
Prospera is the Nordic region’s independent provider of customer satisfaction surveys among large corporations and institutional clients. The company delivers annual surveys on a wide range of topics, including products, advisory services and client relationships. Prospera reports are based on qualitative interviews across our home markets.

At the end of the year, Prospera compiles an overall result across all the different underlying reports. This provides a total score for Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark respectively, which in turn enables the calculation of the Nordic Grand Total Report.
