Danske Bank lowers selected interest rates

Danske Bank lowers selected interest rates
The Danish central bank cut interest rates on 4 November 2011. Danske Bank will therefore lower its interest rates on selected variable-rate deposits by up to 0.25 of a percentage point on 14 November 2011.

On 4 November 2011, Danske Bank lowered its interest rates on loans on which the rate is directly linked to the Danish central bank’s certificate of deposit rate by 0.35 of a percenta-ge point. The loans types affected include Danske Prioritet and Danske Prioritet Plus.

Owing to the high funding costs for Danish and other European banks and to the higher in-ternational capital requirements, Danske Bank maintains its interest rates on other loans.
