We offer the flexibility that makes sense for your professional and personal life

Flexibility as a part of everyday life

We offer the flexibility to plan your days in ways that makes sense for your professional – and personal life. We believe flexibility is an important part of a sustainable working life.

What flexibility looks like can vary depending on your role, team, location and business needs, but our ambition is to create an environment where people can thrive, collaborate and balance work with everyday life. We recommend lifting the question with your future leader already at the interview stage to undestand what is applcable for the specific role.

What flexibility means to us

Flexibility is not only about splitting your days between working from home or working from the office. It's also about handling your time in a way that suits your personal life and work. For some that means deciding to commute outside rush hour, leaving early to pick up kids, or taking a run during lunch.

Home office allowance

We want our employees to thrive both when working from home and working from the office. This is why we offer a home office allowance, to be able to have the setup you need. The amount is diffeent depending on location.

Working from home

We continue to support working from home, typically 1-2 days a week. The setup differs between countries and teams. Not all jobs are suitable for this model, and some roles require an office attendance.

Appropriate digital tools

We continuously invest in digital tools that enables us to connect, collaborate and get the job done.
