For your convenience, we aim to keep things simple and transparent. The aim for our recruitment process is to ensure a match - both ways.
All our open jobs are published on Danske Bank Careers.
Once you've found an interesting position, please submit your application.
The hiring manager screens all applications and invites relevant candidates to a first interview.
The first interview is about getting to know you and your motivation, but also to share more about the role and the job.
Check out our recruiter Camilla's tips on how to prepare for your interview
If you proceed to the second interview, we aim to dig a bit deeper into your motivation and learning preferences. Before this meeting you will be asked to complete tests. The results will be shared with you during the second interview and will form the basis for an in-depth talk about you.
For selected recruitments we don't conduct second interviews.
During our recruitment process, final candidates undergo a background check. These checks ensure alignment with our principles, support a sound business culture, and contribute to the bank’s mission. For some specific Lithuanian roles, we conduct a Criminal record check.
Once the background checks and merits have been made, we will welcome you on board to the team by signing the contract.
