Subscription for equity index-linked notes completed

Danske Bank has now completed the subscription for equity index-linked notes issued by Kommuninvest of Sweden.

The subscription totals nom. SKr1,005,360,000 divided between two notes.

The first note is referred to as “KI Basal” and has been assigned security code DK0003447027. The issue price is 103, free delivery. The note’s rate of participation in equity-index increases will be 126%. The upper limit of the redemption price is 130.

KI Basal will be issued in the nominal amount of SKr764,600,000 corresponding to the subscribed amount.

The other note is referred to as “KI Offensiv” and has been assigned security code DK0003447100. The issue price is 105, free delivery. The note’s rate of participation in equity-index increases and decreases is 168.25%. However, the notes cannot be redeemed at a price below 90, and there is an upper limit of the redemption price of 150.

KI Offensiv will be issued in the nominal amount of SKr240,660,000 corresponding to the subscribed amount.

The notes have no coupon and will be redeemed at maturity at a price reflecting the trend in the underlying Dow Jones Global Titans 50 share index.

The notes will mature on 11 December 2006. They will be quoted on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange A/S for the first time on 10 December 2003 and registered in the Danish VP Securities Services.

Kommuninvest has a rating of Aaa with Moody’s Investor Services Inc., the same rating as assigned to both the Kingdom of Sweden and the Kingdom of Denmark.
