Danske Bank has set the opening level of the following two equity index-linked notes based on the Dow Jones Global Titans 50:
KI Basal (securities code DK0003447027) and KI Offensiv (securities code DK0003447100).
The opening level of the equity index under the prospect’s provisions has been set at 176.07, corresponding to the value of the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index at the official closure on December 10, 2003.
At the same time, issues of both series will be increased by the following amounts:
KI Basal will be nominally increased by SKr 8,350,000 to a total of SKr 773,050,000
KI Offensiv will be nominally increased by SKr 10,077,000 to a total of SKr 250,737,000
The increase takes place with value on December 15, 2003.
