Stock Exchange Announcement No. 15/2003
This is to inform you, in pursuance of section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, that the Danske Bank Group - including Danica - owns 44.472.267 shares of DKK 10 each in Danske Bank, or 6,08% of the total share capital.
The preceding notice on this subject was issued on May 21st, 2002, when Danske Bank informed the Stock Exchange that it owned 4,07% of the total share capital.
As decided at the Bank’s annual general meeting on March 25, 2003, 20,324,151 of these shares will be cancelled. The cancellation will result in a corresponding reduction of the Bank’s share capital.
