Notice about “0 % Danske Bank Klimateknologi 2011” – subscription amount and cap

On May 7, 2009, Danske Bank announced its decision to issue notes linked to a basket comprising the shares of nine companies involved in climate technology. The notes are designated “0 % Danske Bank Klimateknologi 2011” (ISIN DK0030170600).

At the end of the subscription period (May 29, 2009), the nominal amount subscribed for totalled DKr172,000,000.

Notes of an equivalent amount will be issued on the issue date (June 8, 2009). The notes have a specified denomination of DKr10,000 and are issued at a price of 105.

The final redemption amount depends on movements in the prices of the nine shares in the share basket. On June 3, 2009, the calculation agent fixed the cap at 33.10%. Thus, the maximum final redemption amount will not exceed DKr13,310 for each note of DKr10,000 nominally.

The notes will be issued on June 8, 2009, and will mature on June 8, 2011. The notes will be registered with VP Securities A/S and be admitted to trading and listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S on June 8, 2009.
