On December 17, 2007, Danske Bank Danske Bank issued equity-linked notes related to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Index TOPIX. The notes are designated "Danske TOPIX 2009" (ISIN DK0030073408).

Defined expressions and terms in the Applicable Final Terms dated December 13, 2007, must have the same meaning in this announcement.

In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank A/S, as Calculation Agent, determined the final index value, Index Final, on December 3, 2009 to be 888.04. 

The initial index value, Index Initial, was determined by the Calculation Agent on December 17, 2007, to be 1472.7.
 
In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, the Calculation Agent has calculated the final redemption amount to be DKr10,000 per nominal amount of DKr10,000.

The notes will be redeemed on December 17, 2009.
