Danske Bank A/S’s issuance of covered bonds

Danske Bank A/S will issue the following covered bond series with an issue date of 13 September 2011:

Covered Bonds (Series 075-C), principal amount: DKK 1,000,000,000, maturing on 2 January 2017 with optional extension until 2 January 2018. Coupon: 6M CIBOR + 0.28% p.a. (during the optional extension period: 1M CIBOR + 1% p.a.). ISIN DK0030284104. Designation: DB SDO 2017.

The covered bonds have been approved for official listing and trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from 13 September 2011 and will be issued under Danske Bank A/S’s EUR 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
