Stabilization, total share capital and voting rights at the end of April 2011
With reference to company announcement No. 10/2011 of 6 April 2011 about the completion of its fully subscribed rights offering, Danske Bank A/S hereby an-nounces that, in its capacity of stabilization agent, Merrill Lynch International has informed the Bank that no stabilizing measures have been nor will be taken in Danske Bank A/S’ shares during the stabilization period.

In accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, Danske Bank also announces that the total nominal share capital at the end of April 2011 amounts to DKK 9,317,390,340 divided into 931,739,034 shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each, corresponding to 931,739,034 voting rights.
