Final value and redemption amount for “Danske Bank Råvarer Basal 2013”

On May 10, 2010, Danske Bank issued commodity index-linked notes related to the Dow Jones UBS Commodity Index. The notes are designated “Danske Bank Råvarer Basal 2013” (ISIN DK0030240247).

In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank as Calculation Agent deter-mined the final index value, (“Index Final”), on April 26, 2013 to be:

 Dow Jones UBS Commodity Index  130,2348  131,9184 1,29% 
        

On the basis of the initial and final index values, the Calculation Agent has calculated the Final Redemption Amount to be DKK 101,290.00 per nominal amount of DKK 100,000.00.

The notes mature on May 13, 2013.
