Initial value for “Danske Bank Eurozone Recovery 2016”
On 15 March 2013, Danske Bank issued stock index-linked notes related to the performance of three European stock indices. The notes are designated “Danske Bank Eurozone Recovery 2016” (ISIN NO0010671761).

In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank as calculation agent determined the initial index values on 15 March 2013 to the following:

Euro Stoxx 50: 2.725,72
FTSEMIB: 16.061,15
Ibex 35: 8.619,10

Additional information about the notes is available in the Applicable Final Terms, which together with the Base Prospectus specify the terms and conditions for the notes. The Applicable Final Terms were published on 13 March 2013.
