Final issue price and amount for "Danske Bank Capped Floater 2019"

Company Announcement No. 1/2014

On 15 January 2014, Danske Bank will issue floating rate notes with a coupon linked to the 3m CIBOR Danish money market rate. The notes are designated "Danske Bank Capped Floater 2019" (ISIN DK0030330907).

Expressions and terms in this company announcement have the same meaning as the expressions and terms defined in the Applicable Final Terms dated 14 January 2014, which are published with this announcement.

On the basis of the subscription orders, the total nominal amount is DKK 237,000,000.

In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank, as calculation agent, has fixed the issue price at 100.30, as indicated in the Preliminary Final Terms.
