According to Line Munkholm Haukrogh, the awards are a result of consistent customer involvement, a strong integration of digital solutions and innovation, “First of all, we are very consistent in involving customers and customer insights in our development processes. In that way, we continuously prioritise what is most important to our customers.
Further, we view our digital solutions and strategic approach as a part of driving a bank today. It is not isolated from the general service or relations. Thirdly, we dare to prioritise new things. A mobile bank needs to be more than what it was a few years back.”
About the award
- The Danish financial media outlet FinansWatch awards the prizes based on analyses carried out by market research institute Wilke.
- The assessment is based on a survey among approx. 3,600 participants as well as expert assessments and analyses.
- Prizes are awarded in four sub-sectors: large banks, medium-sized banks, insurance companies and pension companies.
