Danske Bank wins international prize for customer focused mobile solutions

Danske Bank was awarded for ‘Best Use of Mobile’ at the European Customer Centricity Awards 2020, one of the largest prize giving for customer focus.

Danske Bank faced fierce international competition for the ‘Best Use of Mobile’ prize, when the prize giving took place virtually on 22 September.

The prize for ‘Best Use of Mobile’ is awarded to a company that meaningfully engages customers through innovative and effective mobile platforms such as apps, mobile, web marketing and more.

Danske Bank was noted for its work with enabling customers to get an overview of their economy, make decisions and do banking through mobile with services such as financial statement of accounts and subscription management. Last-mentioned services is developed in collaboration with partners, Spiir and Minna Technologies.

Other nominations
Danske Bank was shortlisted for the categories ‘Best User Experience (UX)’ and ‘Best Omni-channel/Social Media Customer Experience’. These nominations were based on the improved usability, findability and accessibility with the launch of the new navigation in the Mobile Bank and for the bank’s customer meeting journey including online meeting booking.
