Karsten Knudsen, Member of the Executive Committee and head of Group Treasury at Danske Bank has asked to be released from his responsibilities with the Danske Bank Group. As a result, Mr. Knudsen will resign from the Bank’s Executive Committee.
Danske Bank’s Group Treasury will therefore be merged with Danske Markets under the leadership of Henrik Normann, Member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Knudsen will continue to be at the Bank’s disposal for special assignments during a transition period.
