Our recruitment process

For your convenience, we aim to keep things simple and transparent. The aim for our recruitment process is to ensure a match - both ways.

  • All our open jobs are published on Danske Bank Careers. Once you've found an interesting position, please submit your application. The hiring manager screens all applications and invites relevant candidates to a first interview. 
  • The first interview is about getting to know you and your motivation, but also to share more about the role and the job. Check out our recruiter Camilla's tips on how to prepare for your interview here.
  • If you proceed to the second interview, we aim to dig a bit deeper into your motivation and learning preferences. Before this meeting you will be asked to complete tests. The results will be shared with you on the second interview and will form the base for an in-depth talk about you.

    For selected recruitments we don't conduct second interviews. 

  • If you get the job, we will proceed with background checks and other merits to finally be able to welcome you on board to the team by signing the contract.
