Financial calendar 2010 for Danske Bank A/S

Company Announcement No 22/2009

Danske Bank plans to release its financial results and to hold its annual general meeting in 2010 on the following dates:

Announcement of Financial Results and Annual Report 2009	February 4, 2010
Annual general meeting	March 23, 2010
Interim Report – First Quarter 2010	May 4, 2010
Interim Report – First Half 2010	August 10, 2010
Interim Report – First Nine Months 2010	November 2, 2010

Immediately after the release of the results, the reports will be available on Danske Bank’s website, www.danskebank.com.

Any shareholder who proposes business to be transacted at the annual general meeting on March 23, 2010, must submit the proposal(s) to the Chairman and/or the Board of Directors Secretariat not later than Thursday, February 11, 2010, at 4pm.

Notice of the general meeting and the agenda will be given on www.nasdaqomxnordic.com or another NASDAQ OMX website, in the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency’s electronic information system, on Danske Bank’s website on Wednesday, February 24, 2010, and in Danish daily papers on Thursday, February 25, 2010.
