Diversity and inclusion in Danske Bank
Diversity and inclusion is a key part of Danske Bank's plan to become a better Bank, and our goal is to achieve a women/men gender diversity by 2023 of 35/65% in senior leadership positions.
The agenda is the anchored at top management level, and at the same time more and more employees drive the agenda across the bank by taking initiative for networks and activities such as Women in Markets, which focuses on gender. In addition, there are Rainbow networks in several of the bank's markets, which are run by volunteers, who support the LGBTQ+ agenda.
The overall effort means that we currently have a women/men gender diversity of 32/68% in senior leadership positions. So in that sense, we still have a lot of work ahead of us in the bank.
