Employee wellbeing and diversity

Giving back to society

Employees at Danske Bank have the opportunity to spend three workdays per year to participate in voluntary work. We call it Time2Give and it enables all employees to contribute to local communities.

Danske Students Network

In Copenhagen and Linköping we have an employee-driven network for students and interns. The network aims to create a community and a sense of belonging for students and interns in Danske Bank across all business units. The network hosts both professional and more informal events several times a year for networking among students.
